  2. Main Punch

If using honey, add it now and stir well until completely dissolved to blend sweetness evenly.

  3. Main Punch

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld and chill.

  4. Main Punch

Just before serving, pour in the chilled club soda and gently stir to combine, preserving the fizz.

  5. Serving

Add ice cubes to individual glasses and pour the fruit punch over them. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves if desired.

A little kitchen wisdom

Tips & notes

For extra flavor, muddle some of the mint leaves with the strawberries before mixing. Adjust honey sweetness to your preference. Serve immediately after adding club soda to keep the punch fizzy.

Saving it for later

Store any leftover punch (without club soda and ice) in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Stir well before serving and add fresh club soda and ice at serving time.

Reheating

This punch is served cold and should not be reheated. Serve chilled for best flavor and refreshment.
