  1. Preparation

    Wash and hull the fresh strawberries; cut them in halves if large.

  2. Blending

    Add the strawberries, vanilla ice cream, and cold whole milk into a blender. If you prefer a sweeter milkshake, add the granulated sugar now.

  3. Blending

    Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30 to 45 seconds depending on blender strength.

  4. Serving

    Pour the milkshake into chilled glasses. Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Tips & notes

Use fresh ripe strawberries for best flavor. For a thicker shake, add more ice cream or reduce milk slightly. Chill glasses beforehand for a cooler serving experience.

Saving it for later

Best consumed immediately. If leftovers remain, cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Stir well before serving as separation may occur.
