A little kitchen wisdom

Tips & notes

For easiest peeling, use eggs that have been refrigerated at least a few days and crack shells gently before peeling. You can also add a pinch of sugar to the yolk mixture for slight sweetness if desired. Chill deviled eggs for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Saving it for later

Store leftover deviled eggs in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Consume within 3 days for best freshness and safety.

Reheating

Deviled eggs are best served cold. Avoid reheating to maintain texture and safety.
