A little kitchen wisdom

Tips & notes

Use cooked rotisserie chicken for convenience. Adjust the amount of Buffalo sauce to control the heat level. Serve with celery sticks, tortilla chips, or bread slices for dipping.

Saving it for later

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Before storing, let the dip cool completely.

Reheating

Reheat leftovers in a microwave-safe dish in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until heated through. Alternatively, reheat in a preheated 175°C (350°F) oven for about 10 minutes until warmed and bubbly.
