One step at a time

Let’s make it

  1. Juice Blend

Peel and section the oranges, removing any seeds. Wash and peel the carrots, then cut into smaller pieces suitable for juicing.

  2. Juice Blend

Peel the fresh ginger and finely grate or chop it to release its flavor.

  3. Juice Blend

Add the oranges, carrots, and ginger into a high-speed blender or juicer. Blend until smooth and well combined.

  4. Juice Blend

If the juice is too thick, add the cold water gradually to reach your desired consistency, blending again.

  5. Juice Blend

Add freshly squeezed lemon juice to brighten the flavors, and honey if desired, blending briefly to mix.

  6. Juice Blend

Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher to remove pulp, if preferred. Serve immediately over ice or chilled.

A little kitchen wisdom

Tips & notes

Use fresh and ripe oranges for the best natural sweetness. Adjust the amount of ginger to control the spicy kick. For a smoother juice, strain out the pulp. Add honey gradually and taste to find your preferred sweetness level.

Saving it for later

Store any leftover juice in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir well before serving as natural separation will occur.

Reheating

This juice is best served cold or at room temperature. Do not reheat.
